Housewares Industry Expert to Lead SMEG’s Small Domestic Appliance Division in the US

SMEG, the Italian family-owned-and-operated appliance producer famed for fusing technology with style, recently hired Wayne Ackerson to take over as the National Sales Manager of the company’s U.S. Housewares/Small Appliance Division. This represents a further move by SMEG to build out the foundation of a fully U.S.- based sales and marketing apparatus to fuel its ongoing expansion in North America. SMEG’s colorful and Mid-Century Modern housewares line have been SMEG’s breakout products worldwide since their launch in 2014, requiring a deft and organized hand to lead their continued expansion and growth into 2021, and beyond.
