The forbidden dream of every chef is brought to life in the Portofino double oven range cooker, the latest challenge met by Smeg in combining 5 different cooking types in a single domestic appliance, with professional performance and impressive energy savings.

The 120 cm hob offers three different cooking types for versatility and quality comparable to professional kitchen appliances. A single hob functionally and elegantly houses multi-zone induction cooking, three gas burners – including one ultra-rapid burner – and an electric teppanyaki plate for preparing delicious grilled dishes in traditional Asian style.

Beneath the hob are two ovens: one multifunction oven with Direct Steam technology, and a Pyrolytic oven. Portofino is the only appliance which combines two independent ovens with different technologies in a 120 cm format. This means that you will now be able to cook dishes with completely different flavours and preparation processes for numerous diners.
