Guaranteeing a 99.9% vacuum over 3x vacuum level settings, it rapidly slows down the deterioration and oxidisation of food. The Chef function alternates compression and decompression cycles to speed up the marinating and infusion time for meat, fish, and poultry. This method allows for extremely tasty results in minutes, eliminating the need to marinate overnight or for an extended period.

With a simple push, the drawer opens and then closes again by pushing it back.
