The unmistakable design of Smeg appliances embraces the new range of Galileo ovens. A 60 cm platform houses the combined steam oven with the addition of professional algorithms: STEAM100PRO. Five cooking levels are concealed by an elegant aesthetic which, in a single appliance, combines traditional cooking with steam cooking, for excellent cooking results.

Thanks to the presence of the multipoint probe, which detects the temperature of the ingredient in three different points from the core to the surface, it is possible to set a cooking without thermal stress. WATER LOAD

Thanks to the Fill and Hide system it is possible to fill the tank at any time, even when the oven is closed during cooking.
