Setting cooking functions

Traditional cooking

"Traditional cooking functions" in Smeg terminology refers to conventional heating modes found in ovens, designed for various cooking needs. These include static, fan assisted and circulaire cooking,  grill, bottom heat and eco function.

Steam and combi-steam cooking

Steam cooking keeps food moist, enhances tenderness, and reduces fat for healthier meals.
For ovens with touch controls, the process is the same, but to set your parameters settings you select using the touch icons < and > instead of rotating the right knob.

Microwave and combi-microwave cooking

Microwave cooking is fast, efficient, and preserves nutrients by reducing cooking time.

For ovens with knob controls, the process remains the same, but you select settings by turning the right knob instead of using the touch icons < and >.

Special functions

Smeg ovens come with a range of special functions designed to elevate your cooking, including defrost, proving, Sabbath, turbo, pizza, stone, barbecue, and air fry.
