Smeg Australia Relocation

Smeg announces a significant milestone in the journey of the Australian subsidiary of the Italian family-owned business.

Driven by continuous growth and a commitment to sustainability and innovation, this February Smeg’s Sydney Head Office moves to new administration and warehouse facilities.

Following 25 years of success in a combined office and warehouse space in Banksmeadow, Smeg’s relocation underlines an investment in progress, facilities, and creativity.

Smeg warehousing operations will move to a larger, purpose-built facility in Ingleburn, whilst administration staff will move to The Woolstores, a restored, heritage-listed space in the heart of Alexandria. This new space possesses a 5.5 star NABERS energy rating and is dedicated to keeping sustainability and community at the top of its agenda.

A purpose-built showroom within the office space at The Woolstores is under construction, due for completion mid-year, and will showcase a wide range of Smeg’s award-winning Major Appliances, Small Domestic Appliances, Smeg Professional, Commercial and La Pavoni coffee machines.

It’s an exciting development for Smeg Australia to move to these new facilities, which will expand our capabilities and mark a significant milestone for the Smeg family.
