Performance and efficiency

The LCD display on the control knob allows you to view the selected speed, the count-up while in manual mode and the count-down while in automatic programmes.

Versatile and efficient, the appliance also comes with Single and Family serve modes, so that quantities can be customised according to your personal usage and preferences. The Pulse function allows you to control the duration and frequency of the blending, plus customise the texture.

The Autoclean program cleans the jug after every use, without you having to. Plus it makes it easier to prepare different types of ingredients in sequence.

The vacuum pump

Included with BLC02, the vacuum pump accessory removes air from the jug while avoiding contact with the ingredients and reducing oxidation. This keeps retains nutrients thus allowing for brighter colours, tastier flavours, and smoother textures.

Included Accessories

The BLC comes with a set of accessories making it even easier to use. The press can be used to ensure ingredients move into the central cutting area, perfect for thicker dishes such as dried fruit butter or cold desserts. The spatula helps remove any food residue inside the jug, while the brush can be used to gently remove any food residue from the blade area.
