On its outside, little has changed, but inside FAB28 contains a wealth of wonderful innovative features. Chilling is optimized by introducing the Multiflow system that distributes the temperature more evenly in the main compartment and in the fruit and vegetable drawer, avoiding loss of energy. We have also included a 0°C compartment, which is the perfect temperature for keeping meat and fish fresh. The anti-ice back panel stops ice from forming, a feature that completes the set of improvements to FAB28’s refrigerating functions.

Access to food is easier, with led lights placed on both inner sides to see in every corner of the fridge, without increasing its energy consumption. This and other technical factors mean that the FAB28 fridge is classified as A +++, the most efficient energy class.
Further tweaks have been made, such as improving the door hinges, which are now smaller, with the result that the fridge is now even more elegant.

Because of these new features, the FAB28 fridge has consolidated its place as the perfect synthesis between technology and style, while confirming Smeg’s drive towards continuous innovation and improvement and making the Smeg brand a global reference point for Made in Italy.
