Put the instant coffee, water and sugar in a jug and whisk for a few seconds with the electric whisk until the mixture is creamy.
Refrigerate for a few minutes.
Prepare the cappuccino with the milk frother by pouring all the milk and activating the "cappuccino with a lot of foam" command and start frothing the milk.
Put a teaspoon of caramel at the bottom of a cup and pour the cappuccino.
Add the coffee cream and, to garnish, some almonds and more caramel!
