Gregory brings more than two decades of experience in leadership roles with renown high profile consumer brands in Canada.
In these roles, he has proven to create and strengthen key retail partnerships, lead national retail and omnichannel strategies, and drive sustained commercial growth and profitability .
Gregory’s leadership ethos is grounded in clear communication, accountability, and empathy. He believes that strong performance is driven by empowering teams, strategic direction, and a culture that encourages curiosity, innovation, and constructive challenges.
