Beef ribs

Beef ribs dry-marinated, then slow-cooked and finished at high heat for a tender texture and caramelised surface. Rich, savoury and satisfying.

1,3 kg Beef ribs
5 g Salt
5 g Pepper
5 g Rosemary
3 g Dried garlic
3 g Dried oregano
3 g Dried thyme

Dry marinate the ribs for 30 minutes with salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, oregano, and thyme. Rub this spice blend thoroughly over the beef ribs allowing the meat to absorb the salt and aromas.

Place in a pan and cover with foil.

Step 1: cover the ribs with parchment paper, place on the third shelf of the oven and cook on circular function mode at 135°C for 162 minutes.

Step 2: select the turbo function and keep on cooking at 250°C for 15 minutes.
