Mango and lime sorbet

A refreshing sorbet made with fresh mango, lime juice, and a light sugar syrup. Smooth, fruity, and perfect for warm days.

4 Mango
1 Lime
100 g Sugar
100 ml Water

Peel mangoes and remove pulp in large chunks. Feed into the juicer with the lever set to Half-Open.

Dissolve sugar in cold water, and add a few drops of lime juice. Pour into a metal container and place in the freezer.

After two hours, gently stir to mix the frozen surface with the liquid below.

Repeat every half hour until you achieve the desired consistency. It is important to stir quickly.
