User Guide for manual espresso coffee machine with coffee grinder

Learn how to make the perfect coffee, from grinding fresh beans to choosing your preferred dispensing filter. Check the pressure gauge for perfect pressure and enjoy your coffee. 

To access the programming menu, press and hold and  buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. All of the keys flash simultaneously.

Press the key corresponding to the desired setting:   

 to set the Auto power-off time (Eco mode (10 min), 30 min 40 min, or 60 min)

 to set Water hardess (Soft, Medium, Hard or Very hard water)

to set the Coffee temperature (Low, Medium, Excellent or High)

 to set the Pre-brewing profile (Short, Standard, Long or Gradual pre-brewing)

After having selected the parameter to change, follow the instruction booklet indications to customize and save the settings. 

The EGF03 coffee machine will signal when a descaling cycle is required. While it's not mandatory, we strongly recommend descaling to consistently enjoy great coffee and preserve its authentic flavour.
