Our Outlet Store stock is fast-moving and changes continuously. Availability may vary, and all deals are offered on a first come, first served basis. Open-box cooking appliances, refrigeration, laundry solutions, dishwashers, cookware and limited small appliances are available.

Can I view prices and products online?
Unfortunately, not – it’s best to contact us directly or pop into the Outlet Store as pricing on all open-box stock varies according to open-box categories (i.e demo, end-of-range, B-grade, refurbished etc.)

Can I shop directly online? 
Our clearance stock is only  available for purchase in-store, while stocks last only. 

Can I request stock to be kept for me?
Unfortunately not – all stock is fast-moving and available on a first come, first served basis only. We recommend shopping early to avoid disappointment.

Are warranties included? 
Yes, all appliances include a manufacturer’s warranty with a 2 year warranty on large appliances and a 6 month warranty on small appliances.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted only. No cash is accepted or held on site.

Do you offer a delivery service? 
Yes, we do offer a convenient door-to-door delivery service. Please note that the delivery cost will depend on the product type and quantity purchased.
