Aperol Spritz

There’s nothing quite like an Aperol Spritz to capture the spirit of summer. This classic Italian cocktail is easy to make at home, especially with the help of the Smeg soda maker. This light, refreshing drink is perfect for sunny afternoons and garden parties!

Ingredients

75ml Italian Prosecco
50ml of Aperol
25ml of soda from the Smeg Soda Maker

Garnish

1 slice of orange

Instructions

Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour over Prosecco. Add the Aperol and top with soda made in the Smeg Soda Maker. Garnish with a slice of orange.
