Ingredients

150ml sparkling water
2 tsp elderflower cordial
150ml cloudy apple juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 long cucumber strip

Garnish

Mint leaves

Instructions

In a glass, combine sparkling water, elderflower cordial, cloudy apple juice, and lemon juice. Stir well. Add a long cucumber strip and serve over ice, then garnish with mint leaves.
For an alcoholic version, add 30ml gin and mix thoroughly.
