Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

  •  Half a slab (or more if you like) of your favourite chocolate, chopped
  • 500 ml milk

    For dairy-free and vegan try almond milk or coconut milk for a lighter version or oat milk for a more creamy, decadent version.

GARNISH

  • Marshmallows

METHOD

Add the chopped chocolate and pour the milk into your Smeg milk frother, select the “chocolate” option and froth and watch as the chocolate melts away into rich hot chocolate with a smooth and velvety foam. The milk frother will automatically stop at the perfect drinking temperature.

Pour the hot chocolate into your serving mug, and sprinkle with marshmallows. Gently torch and caramelise your marshmallows for an added dose of deliciousness.

All that’s left to do is enjoy!
