Smeg's high-performance blender BLC can perfectly combine different textures, allowing you to blend ingredients for a wide variety of preparations thanks to the dedicated automatic programs: Smoothie for a creamy fruits juice or a yoghurt, Green Smoothie for a specific treatment of green leafy vegetables, Frozen Dessert for fresh spoon desserts and Ice Crush for crushing ice or preparing refreshing cocktails and iced drinks. Performance and Efficiency

The LCD control knob makes blending simple, showing your selected speed, count-up in manual mode, and countdown in automatic programs.

With Single and Family serve options, you can customise portions to suit your needs.

Use the Pulse function to control texture, and rely on the AutoClean program to rinse the jug between recipes — quick, easy, and ready for your next creation.

The Vacuum Pump

Optional for BLC01 and included with BLC02, the vacuum pump accessory removes air from the jug to avoid contact with the ingredients and reduce oxidation, keeping nutrients and obtaining brighter colours, tastier flavours, and smoother textures.
