DESIGN

The unmistakable design of Smeg appliances embraces the new range of Galileo ovens. A 60 cm platform houses the largest combined microwave oven ever: SPEEDWAVEXL. 5 cooking levels are concealed by an elegant aesthetic which, in a single appliance, combines traditional and microwave cooking, for excellent cooking results.

INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

The SPEEDWAVEXL combi microwave oven is equipped with the most innovative technologies. Inverter technology produces a continuous flow of microwaves which, unlike traditional microwave ovens, causes less thermal stress on the ingredients. The Stirrer technology allows a conical distribution of the waves, so as to overcome the need for a rotating plate, obtaining a perfectly uniform cooking.

SPECIAL FUNCTIONS

TIME SAVING

Thanks to the combination of traditional and microwave cooking, the SPEEDWAVEXL oven allows you to reduce preparation times by up to 40% and achieve energy savings. In fact, the speed of cooking does not produce greater consumption! Thanks to the production of continuous microwaves, cooking is faster and there is no need to pre-heat the oven.

EASY TO USE

The new EVOscreen is improved with a new graphic with colors: 5 touch buttons control functions and all parameters in a very easy way.
All the parameters are always visible and monitorable during cook. It's also possible to manage directly on the display the main accessories: BBQ, AIR-FRY and PIZZA STONE.

USE SPEEDWAVEXL TO THE BEST

For best results with SpeedwaveXL it is recommended to place the ingredients on the second level from the bottom, to allow the microwaves to expand and cook the dishes perfectly evenly. It is also advisable to use a pyrex dish during microwave cooking.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

It is possible to use practical optional accessories to enrich the cooking experience and get the most out of the Speedwave oven. The Airfry tray allows you to cook excellent fried food with a lower amount of cooking fat, the BBQ tray allows you to cook meat, fish and vegetables in the best possible way. Thanks to STONE, the refractory stone, the perfect pizza is ready in just 4 minutes.
