Method

1. Beat the eggs in a large bowl.

2. Crush the cornflakes into a bowl and season with paprika.

3. Cut the chicken into strips. Coat each piece in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally into the seasoned cornflakes.

4. Arrange the coated chicken on the AirFry tray, leaving space between each piece. Lightly drizzle or spray with oil.

5. Select the AirFry function and cook for 20 minutes at 220°C (425°F) until golden and crisp.

6. Once ready, season with salt to taste.
