Did you know we offer a free appliance recycling service at our Smeg London store?  Simply bring your Smeg appliance to our store located at 14 Regent Street, St. James, SW1Y 4PH and we will do the rest.
Please note this in-store service is only available for small appliances eg kettles, toasters etc.

What else do we offer? Well, when you place an order via our Smeg London store for your new appliance to be delivered, did you know that you can also request our removal service for your old appliance? When we collect a product from your home, we will ensure it is responsibly recycled.

The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol serves as a reminder that such items should not be disposed of in regular waste bins. Please refrain from discarding any electrical equipment, including those marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol, in your household bin.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive in the UK makes it mandatory for distributors, including retailers, to ensure that old electronic items are collected separately and processed in an environmentally friendly manner. In order to comply with this directive, responsible retailers like Smeg will accept your old product back when you are purchasing a new one from us on a like-for-like basis.
