DIRECT STEAM
I forni Direct Steam consentono di cuocere i cibi con l’aggiunta di vapore, grazie ad un sistema semplice e intuitivo: basta riempire d’acqua il serbatoio posto sul fondo della cavità, coprire con l’apposito coperchio forato e attivare la funzione per il tempo desiderato. L’aggiunta di vapore migliora i risultati della cottura tradizionale e mantiene la corretta idratazione della pietanza.
Probe cooking

Chef cooking results thanks to the use of the temperature probe connected directly to the oven. The probe is ergonomic and simple to use: just connect the probe to the phono in the special housing inside the cavity and insert the tip into the food. As soon as the food has reached the desired core temperature, the oven will automatically switch off.
