All the new ovens, thanks to a complete redesign, aspire to revolutionize the cooking experience in the home environment, bringing it closer to the professional world in all simplicity.

DESIGN

The unmistakable design of Smeg appliances embraces the new range of Galileo ovens. A 60 cm platform houses the combined steam oven with the addition of professional algorithms: STEAM100PRO. Five cooking levels are concealed by an elegant aesthetic which, in a single appliance, combines traditional cooking with steam cooking, for excellent cooking results.

COOKING METHODS

CONTINUOUS STEAM

Continuous steam cooking allows you to set a humidity level between 20 and 100%, which remains constant throughout cooking.

PULSING STEAM

Pulsed steam cooking allows you to activate steam pulses automatically or manually. The manual function generates 8 minutes of steam when needed. The automatic function allows you to set three different pulsating steam levels at the start of cooking: the first level with activation at the start of cooking, the second level at the beginning and half of cooking, the third level at the beginning, middle and end of cooking.

PROFESSIONAL ALGORITHMS

MULTISTEP

The multistep function enhances the ingredients on a professional level, making the dining experience unique and personal. The Steam100PRO oven is able to independently set the best combination between steam and traditional cooking.

SAMETIME

The Sametime function allows you to prepare a complete menu, with different dishes ready at the same time. The oven will automatically indicate when is the best time to put each dish in the oven.

SMARTCOOKING

The Steam100PRO oven introduces intelligent cooking to the home environment. The Smartcooking automatic cooking system offers 150 preset recipes. Just choose a recipe, type in the weight of the ingredients in the oven and the oven will automatically choose the best cooking method.

DELTA T

Thanks to the presence of the multipoint probe, which detects the temperature of the ingredient in three different points from the core to the surface, it is possible to set a cooking without thermal stress. The increase in the temperature of the cavity, in fact, increases proportionally with respect to the temperature detected by the probe at the heart of the ingredient.

WATER LOAD

Thanks to the Fill and Hide system it is possible to fill the tank at any time, even when the oven is closed during cooking. With a capacity of 2l, the tank allows you to cook up to 13 hours with 20% steam activation and up to 2 hours and 15 minutes with 100% steam activation, recharging it when needed.

PROFESSIONAL FUNCTIONS

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

The Steam100PRO oven, which is positioned in energy class A++, guarantees maximum energy efficiency and is a product designed to last over time.

NEW GENERATION DOOR

The Steam100PRO oven door is equipped with a soft and silent internal glass release system. The opening and closing of the door are quick and silent thanks to the soft open and soft close system.

LIGHTING

To ensure the best cooking experience, the Steam100PRO oven is equipped with multilevel LED lights, which allow perfect visibility of all shelves.

SOUSVIDE COOKING

Thanks to the 100% steam function it is possible to vacuum cook food to maintain all the taste and organoleptic properties of the ingredients, and to obtain a soft consistency.

BBQ FUNCTION

Thanks to the reversible BBQ pan, it is possible to cook meat, fish and vegetables in the best possible way by setting the appropriate program.

AIRFRY FUNCTION

Thanks to the airfry tray it is possible to fry with a lower amount of cooking fat, by setting the appropriate program.

STONE FUNCTION

Thanks to the STONE refractory stone, it is possible to cook a crispy pizza in just 4 minutes, by setting the appropriate program.
