The Classica aesthetic presents an elegant combination between black glass and inox matchable with the whole Smeg large household appliances collection.

WATER LOADING

Quick and intuitive, the water loading system is designed to enhance the oven's aesthetic thanks to a built-in tank that doesn't affect the external design. Thanks to the innovative technologies it guarantees up to 6 hours of autonomy with a single water load at the beginning of the preparation.

STEAM CONTROL

Thanks to the simple and intuitive interface, the Steam One steam combined oven ensures a pleasant usage experience.

The control system allows the user to set the steam impulses between 20% and 40% in order to guarantee the ideal cooking for every kind of preparation.

SOFT CLOSE

In order to ensure a safe and smooth usage, the Steam One steam combined oven is equipped with the practical soft close system that guarantees the delicate closing of the door, without the need of manual help.

Steam cooking decrease the use of fat in favor of a healthier and more genuine cuisine, and also minimizes the loss of weight and volume of food during cooking.
