The SPEEDWAVEXL combi microwave oven is equipped with the most innovative technologies. Inverter technology produces a continuous flow of microwaves which, unlike traditional microwave ovens, causes less thermal stress on the ingredients. The Stirrer technology allows a conical distribution of the waves, so as to overcome the need for a rotating plate, obtaining a perfectly uniform cooking.

The new EVOscreen is improved with a new graphic with colors: 5 touch buttons control functions and all parameters in a very easy way.
All the parameters are always visible and monitorable during cook. It's also possible to manage directly on the display the main accessories: BBQ, AIR-FRY and PIZZA STONE.

For best results with SpeedwaveXL it is recommended to place the ingredients on the second level from the bottom, to allow the microwaves to expand and cook the dishes perfectly evenly. It is also advisable to use a pyrex dish during microwave cooking.

The new generation maxi touch display allows you to select additional cooking functions that allow, thanks to the dedicated accessories, to explore new possibilities in the kitchen. The reversible BBQ tray allows you to cook meat, fish and vegetables in the best possible way. With the airfry tray it is possible to fry with a lower amount of cooking fat and the STONE refractory stone allows you to cook a crispy pizza in just 4 minutes.

In order to ensure a safe and smooth usage, the oven is equipped with the practical soft close system that guarantees the delicate closing of the door, without the need of manual help.
