Yes, SMEG is a proud Italian brand, and, as such, we engineered an exclusive system which places the heating element in direct contact with a pizza stone, allowing you to create a perfect, evenly-cooked pizza in just 3-5 minutes, or just a bit longer for a Chicago-style deep-dish pie. These ovens also provide excellent results when cooking breads, pies, and quiches, allowing you to cook the base thoroughly, without the need for blind baking.

First, all SMEG ovens feature our patented EverClean Enamel finish, including the Speed Oven, which inherently makes wiping the oven clean a breeze.
