SOUS VIDE
Combined with special vacuum bags, and the use of Smeg’s steam oven, low temperature sous vide cooking allows you to retain aromas, juices, nutrients of the ingredients, together with consistency and flavour that is impossible to achieve through traditional cooking methods.
3 LEVELS OF VACUUM
With 1 – 3 levels of seal, you can preserve foods from mousse, soft cheese to berries, right up to meats, root vegetables and sous vide cooking.
