The machine for real baristas. Equipped with BPPC (Brewing Pressure Profile Control) that allows water pressure to be adjusted during the infusion. Dual PIDs allow each boiler to be set to the perfect temperature. Depending on needs, this machine also has the water connection option and you can even switch off the steam boiler if it is not required. A range of filters and competition shower heads are also supplied for state-of-the-art coffee extraction.
