Ingredientes

1 kg Roast beef
14 g Extra virgin olive oil
10 g Salt
3 g Pepper
2 Garlic cloves
Rosemary, 2 sprigs

Place the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper on a cutting board and finely chop them with a knife.

First season the meat with olive oil and then with the mixture.
