Perfectly user-friendly

The hand mixer control panel is embellished with a backlit LED display which shows the speed selected and time of use. The display then disappears once the mixer is turned off, leaving the chrome of the handle in all its elegance.

A smooth start action keeps dry ingredients from escaping from the bowl and there are up to nine speed levels to choose from for mixing, whipping and activating the Turbo function (great for heavy mixtures).

The ergonomic anti-slip handle offers comfortable use whilst the perfectly placed rapid release trigger provides easy removal of accessories.

INCLUDED ACCESSORIES

The HMF01 hand mixer is suitable for numerous sweet and savoury preparations: it is equipped with three different types of stainless steel whisks to guarantee the best results in the processing of each dough.

Two wire whisks, for more airy textures such as whipped cream, sauces or egg whites; two flat whisks, ideal for semi-hard doughs such as biscuits and cake bases; two dough hooks for leavened products such as pizza or bread.

Once finished, the self balancing design and non-slip feet let you rest the mixer securely, ensuring ease of use. In addition, all of the accessories included can be packed away neatly into the SMEG personalised fabric case.
