Smart cooking offers a staggering 150 automatic recipes with pre-set parameters. Once you have chosen your dish from the menu, select the weight and the oven will automatically calculate the optimum cooking parameters for you, ensuring outstanding results without the guess work.

ONE OVEN, THREE TECHNOLOGIES

Galileo OMNICHEF oven's showcase the best of the new multicooking technology and allow you to combine three cooking technologies. Traditional cooking to offer versatility, even browning and no flavour transfer. Steam cooking, with 20% to 100% humidity, which allows you to enhance all the ingredients, maintaining their properties and enhancing their aromas, flavors and textures. Finally, microwave cooking, which allows you to save considerable time without compromising the quality of the food.

Fill & hide water loading system

This clever feature allows you to add water into the oven with the door closed, without interrupting cooking. 

The fill & hide system also saves time as it calculates and load just the right amount of water needed for cooking.

3 tip food probe

Cook like a professional. The multi-tip probe measures the internal temperature of your food at 3 different points for precision cooking.

SOUSVIDE COOKING

Thanks to the 100% steam function it is possible to cook vacuum sealed food with steam to maintain all the taste and nutrients of the ingredients, and to obtain a soft consistency.

LOW TEMPERATURE COOKING

Low temperature cooking is a slow and delicate method that allows you to obtain excellent results when cooking meat and fish. Thanks to the multipoint probe it is possible to monitor the temperature at three different points, from the centre to the surface of the food, and cook until it reaches your desired needs.

DELTA T

Thanks to the multipoint probe, it is possible to set cooking without thermal stress. The increase in the temperature of the cavity, in fact, increases proportionally with respect to the temperature detected by the probe at the heart of the food.
