Preheat the oven with the BBQ inside.

Clean the prawns leaving only the head and tail.

In a separate bowl, prepare an emulsion of oil, salt and lemon. Season the prawns and skewer them in four wooden skewer sticks.

Place the skewers on the plate side of the BBQ, taking care not to turn them during cooking.
