1. Finely chop the dark chocolate. Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl. Microwave on 90W for 3 minutes, stirring halfway if needed.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and eggs. Stir in the cocoa powder, then pour in the melted chocolate and butter

3. Pour into a non-stick baking dish and scatter the dark chocolate pieces over the top. Select the convection setting at 180°C  (350°F) for 12 minutes and let the microwave preheat. Once hot, place the dish in the microwave and cook.

4. Once baked, remove carefully and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
