Finely grind coffee immediately before brewing. We recommend grinding about 30g of coffee beans per 500ml of water.

Insert the filter into the filter basket of the coffee machine, then run it under hot water.

Insert the basket into the coffee machine and fill it with fresh water.

Put the ground coffee into the filter.

Switch on the coffee machine, making sure that the coffee is thoroughly wet. Stir the coffee with a teaspoon if any coffee appears dry still.

Once the brewing process finishes, serve the coffee in a glass or porcelain mug.
