Ingredients

1 kg Potatoes
Paprika, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Garlic, to taste
Chili pepper, to taste
Rosemary, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste

Proceedings

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into cubes, making sure they are all a similar size for even cooking.

Season the potatoes as desired with the spices, finely chopped garlic, and rosemary.
