800 g Potatoes
Salt, to taste
Sunflower seed oil, to taste

Proceedings

Peel the potatoes and cut them in the shape of a matchstick with a thickness of about 1 cm. Cook in abundant boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven with the Air Fry inside. After this time, drain the potatoes, dry them, season with a drizzle of oil and salt and put them in the oven.
