Step 1 and 2

Cut the fennel into 0.5 cm thick slices. In a separate bowl place the remaining ingredients and emulsify with a whisk. Now pour the sliced fennel into the dressing as well.

Season well before pouring everything on top of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven in steam mode: 20% humidity at 200° in the highest rack of the oven.
