Turmeric fennel

This simple recipe uses thin slices of fennel mixed with a light dressing. Baked with steam,mode the fennel turns tender and flavourful. A quick and tasty side dish.

Ingredients

1 Fennel
½ tsp Tumeric
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Water

Proceedings

Cut the fennel into 0.5 cm thick slices. In a separate bowl place the remaining ingredients and emulsify with a whisk. Now pour the sliced fennel into the dressing as well.

Season well before pouring everything on top of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven in steam mode: 20% humidity at 200° in the highest rack of the oven.
