A bright cocktail with gin, Cedrata Tassoni Zero, and saffron-infused sparkling water. Light, citrusy, and perfect for summer.

Ingredients

5 cl Saffron-infused gin
800 ml Cold water
Cedrata Tassoni zero, to taste
Ice, 3-4 cubes per glass
Saffron-infused gin
1 l Dry gin
0.1 g Saffron powder

How do you want to cook the recipe?
Fill the Smeg soda maker bottle with still water and carbonate for 10 seconds.
Add 0.01 grams of powdered saffron, close the bottle with the cap and let it sit for a few minutes to infuse.
Place 3–4 ice cubes in a tall tumbler glass.

Pour in 5 cl of saffron-infused gin, and add 3 cl of saffron sparkling water.
Top with Cedrata Tassoni to fill the glass.

Stir gently and serve immediately.

In a sealed glass container, combine 1 litre of dry gin with 0.01 g of saffron (threads or powdered).

Let infuse for at least 24 hours in a cool, dark place, or until the desired aroma and color are achieved.
Filter the gin to remove any remaining saffron threads or sediment. Set aside.
