Nero Charme

A refined cocktail with white wine, Nèir Infermento, and sparkling water infused with grapefruit peel and bay leaves. Elegant, aromatic, and refreshing.

Ingredients

800 ml Cold water
Ice, 3-4 cubes per glass
10 cl White wine, per glass
5 cl, Nèir Infermento
Grapefruit peel, to taste
Raspberries, to taste
Bay leaves, to taste

Proceedings

Peel the grapefruit and set the peel aside, then wash the bay leaves and set them aside.

Fill the Smeg sodamaker bottle with still water and carbonate for 15 seconds.
Detach the bottle from the carbonator and add the grapefruit peel and bay leaves.
Seal the bottle with the cap.
Place 3–4 ice cubes in a glass.
Pour in freshly opened wine (about 10 cl per glass).
Add the flavored water.
Add 5 cl of Nèir, pouring it gently over the flavored wine.
Spray with rose essence or garnish with a rose petal or a raspberry, and serve.
