Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  1. ​​​​​​Carefully dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha tea in hot water, using a teaspoon or a small kitchen whisk, preferably one that is not made of metal. Stir until the powder has been completely dissolved.

  2. Whisk the milk until it froths thickly and is bubble-free.

  3. Pour thhe milk foam into the Matca tea.

  4. Complete with a sprinkling of matcha tea powder to add flavour and a splash of colour.
