Marocchino Coffee

Ingredients

  1. Prepare the hot chocolate according to your preferred method and pour it into a small glass.

  2. Prepare an espresso coffee in the same glass, pouring it directly over the hot chocolate.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare the milk by steaming it until a thick foam without bubbles is obtained.

  4. Fill the small glass by spooning the milk foam over the coffee.

  5. Complete the preparation by sprinkling some bitter cocoa powder on top of the milk foam.

To make sure your milk keeps uits creamy texture, you can pour it with a teaspoon.
