How do you want to cook the recipe?

Prepare two espresso coffees in a large pre-heated mug or glass.

Steam the milk, taking care not to produce a thick froth, but instead aiming to create a smooth consistency.

Fill your cup or glass with the emulsionated milk.

Sugar to taste and serve the flat white while still hot.

If you wish to surprise your guests, try decorating your flat white with latte art. Some decorations are really easy to create and will give an unexpected twist to your recipe!
