Fill the milk frother jug with 250 ml milk and the chocolate flakes.

Close the lid and run the Hot Chocolate programme.

When the hot chocolate is ready, pour it into a tall mug.

While you wait for the froth to build up, brew a cup of espresso coffee using either a manual or automatic coffee machine and then add it to the mug.

Re-fill the jug with the remaining milk and prepare a thick froth using the steam wand.

When the froth is ready, delicately add it to the hot chocolate, taking care not to mix the liquids
For an even more delicious result, decorate with chocolate flakes to taste.
