Preheat the oven with the BBQ accessory inside.

Lightly brush the burger patties with a drizzle of olive oil, then season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper to bring out their rich, savoury flavour.

Carefully remove the BBQ accessory from the oven and arrange the seasoned burger patties on the grill side. Return to the oven and cook until beautifully browned on the outside and deliciously juicy on the inside. There’s no need to turn the burgers during cooking.

Cooking: Place on the 2nd oven level at 260°C for approximately 30 minutes, ensuring the burgers are thoroughly cooked before serving.
