CATALAN CREAM WITH BERRIES JAM AND CRUMBLE

METHOD

Select the cooking sequences with the multitech function and begin by pre-heating the oven at 180°C.

In the meanwhile:

Place the butter, flour and 40g of sugar in a bowl. Mix the ingredients with the hands and rub them to create the crumble.

When the three ingredients have been mixed well place the dough in a steel tray covered with parchment paper.

Place all the ingredients for the catalan cream in a bowl, so cream, yolks, vanilla and 68g of sugar. Use a whisk to mix everithing and let rest.

Wash the berries and place them in a non-stick pan together with remaining sugar. Move delicately the tray in order to make the fruits absorb the sugar.

When ready start cooking.

Multitech cooking option

Step 1:  select the static mode and place the crumble tray on the second shelf of the oven. Cook at 180°C for 3 minutes.

Step 2: select the fan assisted mode and place the catalan cream tray on the third shelf of the oven. Cook at 150°C for 25 minutes.

Step 3: select the static mode and place the berries tray on the fifth shelf of the oven. Cook at 180°C for 7 minutes.
