Chinese dumplings

Homemade dumplings filled with cabbage, prawns and aromatics, shaped with a traditional crest fold and steamed.

Ingredients

200 g Chinese dumplings flour
90 ml Water
30 ml Oil
100 g White cabbage
4 Shrimps
30 g Carrots
5 g Chives
4 g Chopped ginger
2 g Pepper
2 Garlic cloves
30 g Spring onion
6 g Salt

Prepare the dough by mixing well water, flour and oil. Wrap in cling film and let it rest.

For the filling, heat the oil in a pan. Flavor with garlic. After a while add the cabbage. After 10 minutes, add all the other ingredients except the prawns.

When ready, add the finely chopped shellfish. Finally remove the garlic and let it cool.

Form the Chinese dumplings with the characteristic "crest" closure. Place the dumplings on the greaseproof paper in a perforated tray.
