60 g Zucchini
25 g Carrots
25 g Pepper
2 g Parsley
360 g Water
1 sachet Saffron
¾ tsp Curry
12n Mussels
120 g Shellfish mix
3 g Salt
10 g Extra virgin olive oil

Wash and chop the vegetables into small pieces.

Rinse the cleaned mussels and seafood mix, then dry with kitchen paper.

Place the rice, vegetables, mussels, seafood mix, salt, oil, curry powder, and saffron in the baking dish. Mix all the ingredients well in the baking dish.

Bring the water to a boil and pour it into the baking dish over the ingredients. Mix to distribute the liquids and seasonings evenly.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil before baking, making sure it fits snugly around the edges of the dish.

Place the pan on the third shelf of the oven and cook in Fan assisted mode at 160°C for 22 minutes.
