Caramel cappuccino

Ingredients

6 Tablespoons of instant coffee
6 Tablespoons of water
6 Tablespoons of sugar
250ml Milk
3 Tablespoons of caramel
Almonds for garnishing to taste
Caramel to taste

Proceedings

Place the instant coffee, water and sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk with an electric whisk for a few seconds until the mixture is creamy.

Chill in the fridge for a few minutes.

Prepare the cappuccino using the frother: pour in all the milk, select the ‘cappuccino with lots of foam’ setting and start frothing the milk.

Place a teaspoon of caramel at the bottom of a cup and pour in the cappuccino.

Add the coffee cream and, to garnish, a few almonds and some more caramel!
