Ingredients

1 Espresso (30 ml)
120 ml Cold whole milk
2 Ice cubes
1 tbsp Caramel syrup
Unsweetened cocoa powder, to taste
Crushed biscuit, to taste

Proceedings

Drizzle the caramel syrup into the bottom of the glass.

Add a light dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder.

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour the cold milk over the ice.

Brew an espresso and slowly pour it over the milk.

Top with cold milk foam, prepared separately using a milk frother.

Finish with a sprinkle of crushed biscuit.
