250 g Flour
150 ml Water
8 g Yeast
3 g Salt

Proceedings

Dissolve yeast in the water, pour in the flour and start kneading. Before the total absorption of the water, add the salt and knead for another 5 minutes.

Once you have a firm dough, preheat the oven with the stone inside. After giving a round shape to the bread, bake.
